SHIPPING POLICY

NEEDLE FELTED SCULPTURES

All needle felted sculptures will be made to order.  Please allow 5 - 7 days for completing of the sculptures.  Items will be carefully packaged in eco friendly packaging and shipped via USPS. International Shipping via USPS and with the carrier of your country. 

All US domestic orders have a flat shipping rate of $5 and an option for Priority. Orders over $69 enjoy free shipping.

International shipping rates are based on weight.

COMMISSIONED AND CUSTOM-MADE NEEDLE FELTED SCULPTURES

All commissioned orders will be made to order.  Processing time depends on the size and intricate level of your design.  We will update you with photos through the process and give you an estimated shipping date.  Commissioned works cannot be returned. Please read below to find more information.

GREETING CARDS

We will ship your item(s) within 48 hours Mondays to Fridays of placing the order. Domestic shipping via USPS First Mail or Priority. International Shipping via USPS and with the carrier of your country. 

We are big believer in using as little plastic as possible.  Our single cards and prints will be packaged in a protective paper sleeve or an eco-friendly cello sleeve and arrive at your house in a sturdy cardboard envelope.  Handmade item(s) will be shipped in tissue paper, shredded paper and cardboard boxes.  We thrive to outsource most packaging from recycled materials and use when we can the company EcoEnclose.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you changed your mind or the item is not what you expected:

No worries at all, we accept returns within 14 days on all non-custom made orders and greeting cards from our website.  Please contact us here within 5 days of receiving the package. Item(s) must be shipped in same condition as received and in their original packaging to ensure save shipping.  Shipping costs might need to be covered by you.

If your item(s) arrived damaged:

We are so sorry.  Please get in touch with us here as soon as possible and we will replace your item(s) at no cost to you.

Commissioned & custom works are final and we do not accept returns and refunds.  

We will update you with photos through the whole process and will give you an estimate of the shipping date.  However, if you are dissatisfied with your custom or commissioned order after you receive the item please contact us. We are always striving to offer you the best product & quality and want you to be happy with your purchase.
