MY STORY
Hi there,
I’m Kerstin Fleischer, the creative spark behind MOSAIK. Taught in Germany by my mother and two talented grandmas, I began with yarn & fabric, and later moved on to clay & wood. I’ve sewn my own clothes, created jewelry, and made that macrame owl. My favorite materials are still fiber and textiles.
Much of my inspiration comes from the beautiful landscapes where I now live with my husband and son in Northern California.
When I'm not busy needle felting or knitting, you can find me walking our mutts Coco and Biscuit, baking a loaf of sourdough, or sipping a creamy latte.
All my handmade creations and greeting cards are designed and crafted with quality and care in my home studio. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have a special order or other request ~ I love to hear from you.
